Regional Therapeutic Manager

Regional Therapists main responsibilities are to stabilise fostering placements by providing consultations to Foster Parents one to one or in small groups by encouraging them to think and foster therapeutically. They work closely with the regional teams to continually develop and improve the quality and effiency of therapeutic interventions offered to both families and Link Workers and provide a pyscho-education function following our Therapeutic Fostering Model. Therapists are in a prime position to notice any actual or potential Safeguarding concerns and must ensure the best possible outcomes for our children and young people.
