Regional Manager

Regional Managers keep everything moving in the right direction, ensuring quality, safety and compliance at every step of the way across branch. Our Central Services departments provide Regional Managers with detailed data on how their branch is performing which the managers can use to inform the rest of their team. They will be responsible for managing staff at a regional level and will help them to progress and continually develop. Regional Managers have relationships with all of their Foster Parents regionally and will know many of the children and will work hard to keep their branch an emotionally healthy community for everyone.
