By the Bridge is managed at our Head Office in a lovely converted Oast House surrounded by countryside in Borden, near Sittingbourne in Kent.

From here, we manage all the business activities, such as finance, quality assurance, recruitment, referrals of children, marketing and service development. This enables our regional teams to concentrate on providing the highest quality fostering services to their local families, children and young people.
