By the Bridge Supervising Social Worker, Gail Robinson, from our Eastern region has been successfully nominated to be featured on Foster Talk’s Tree of Light.
Foster Talk launched their Tree of Light to shine a festive spotlight on their Supervising Social Workers, Foster Parents, Fostering Managers and all those who work within Fostering Services and celebrate the life changing work that they continue to do.
Gail, who has been working for By the Bridge with Cambian for over 5 years, was put forward for the accolade by one of her Foster Parent’s, Helen Filby, who said: “I can’t thank her enough for everything she does for me and although she knows I appreciate her, I’d like everyone to know just how good she really is.”

Regional Manager of our Eastern branch, Sharon Eves, said of the lovely honour: “It is so lovely when we get to hear such positive feedback and recognition of the great input that our Link Workers provide to their families and how very valued the families find this. I am so very proud of all our families and Link Workers and all they do to support the children that we look after, so I was especially delighted to see the “shout out” and acknowledgement of Gail Robinson by one of her families.
