On Monday evening By the Bridge held our first-ever virtual Christmas party for our children and young people. We’re pleased to say that the party was a great success, with over 100 young people taking part from 65 fostering homes!
The party included visits from entertainers and even Father Christmas himself managed to pop into the Zoom call! He wished all the children a happy Christmas, let them know that their letters had been safely delivered and read them all a story.
Thank you to Education Manager Caroline Hallett and the Eagal Team for organising such a wonderful party for our children and young people. Thanks also to everyone who took part in our first-ever virtual Christmas party!
Hopefully next year we will be able to celebrate the festivities in person, but this was a lovely way for our families to get together at the end of what has been a challenging year.
