Mind of My Own has awarded By the Bridge with Cambian the title of 'Top Fostering Agency' with a virtual awards ceremony which celebrated and recognised Local Authorities and organisations using their app.
Held on their Twitter account on 16 April 2020 (@MindOfMyOwnApp) stated: "We are proud to be working with some amazing fostering agencies. Mind of My Own is an app By the Bridge uses to help young people communicate their views in a way that suits them. Young people create their account, which can be used on any device at any time, meaning young people can use the app to say how they're feeling, what support they need and tell their worker about things that are important to them.
By the Bridge with Cambian Education, Participation & Achievements Manager, Caroline Hallett said: "Huge thank you once again to everyone, particularly our Education team, who have helped to promote and support the use of Mind of My Own within By The Bridge. Not forgetting our amazing Foster Parents and of course young people who utilise this fantastic tool to help continually improve the care that we offer as an organisation."
